The firm took on the site in August, 2022, resubmitting the Zoning By-law Amendment application for this site found in October, 2022, and now a Site Plan Approval (SPA) application as of March, 2023. Initially submitted to City of Toronto in Aiugust, 2021 by Stowe Holdings Ltd and Mountsfield Properties Inc, a revised proposal for the site is now being shepherded through the planning process by EllisDon Developments, an arm of the major construction firm EllisDon.
